My Challenge

In the University I have only tried to learn English for this subject, and maybe I have not made much progress because I give priority to other subjects of the career and I do not practice English, but I am sure that without this course I would understand less than now. Actually it is not that I do not understand anything, but I do not try to know more, and I think it is wrong, since one of my goals is to establish myself in a country where I will be forced to communicate in another language. The use of blogs has helped me a lot, because even if I use cheating and help from a translator, I always try to correct what is not understood. On that side, I have liked to work with blogs, besides that I have met new colleagues and the opinions they have regarding several things we have seen in these blogs. My study programme

Actually, I study Chemistry, a career that lasts 11 semesters (at least), the mesh is divided into 3 parts where the first 2 years correspond to the basic cycle, where we study together with all the careers of this faculty the main and basic subjects of chemistry , for example General Chemistry, Analytical, Organic, and we also learn to develop in laboratories individually and as a team. Then, in the fifth semester the undergraduate cycle begins, with more specialized subjects in the career and not so general, we even have electives to choose ourselves. And finally, the professional cycle where the title memory is created, and   the only professional practice of the career. And as I said before, we have important laboratories during almost 6 years of studies, so the faculty must have suitable facilities, and in my opinion, it should be modernized whenever it is required. Cartoons

Well, it's hard to talk about this topic for me since I'm not a fan of the anime and neither of the series or cartoons. For a long time I stopped giving importance to TV giving priority to other activities such as eating out with my friends, dancing, working, among others. Sounds like I grew up fast, but it has not been a problem for me to stop enjoying that stage I experienced when I was younger. For the same reason, it is not a topic of conversation for me and sometimes I would like to share with my friends when they talk about series, etc. However, as I already anticipated, when I child i did see animated series, I liked very much the  the Flintstones , the supersonic, Popeye, Detective Conan and several others. Those who marked me the most were Detective Conan and Popeye, I think they contribute a little in what I have been. What is your opinion about buying instead of adopting pets? In the first place, it is necessary to emphasize that the option of adopting or buying a pet, is because of the motivation to have a companion at home, which is very good since interacting with animals helps us to relate to our environment in general, and it teaches us to respect the lives of others. Now, about buying pets I think it's wrong. Unfortunately everything around us starts to be a business and I get to feel sorry that there is a business with animals. They are free beings like us, and considering that there are so many abandoned animals on the streets in precarious conditions, it makes me think negatively about buying pets. Post graduate studies

The truth is that it costs me a lot to think about doing a postgraduate course, since according to my perspective the magister is not valued as it should be valued, now everyone expects a PhD, and personally i think the degree is long enough to be 3 or 4 more years studying and researching something. It calls me much more attention to do a diploma to specialize even more in an area that I like in a short period, and not for wanting something easy and fast, but because chemistry can be expressed in infinite ways and I would love to get to experience all the applications that catch my attention. However, when I will have my degree, there may be a new postgraduate degree other than a diploma, master's or doctorate, one that really catches my attention, and therefore I do not close myself to the possibility of actually studying one in the future. My best job

Well, talking about work may not all seem like the best idea. However, I personally love to work. I think we can find the perfect place for each one of us to develop in the best possible way. I've never had problems finding a job, obviously some I like more than others, but I've always been able to adapt well to the latest jobs I've had. I would like to establish myself in a laboratory since it is related to my current studies, I imagine it similar to those of the University, hopefully in better conditions, but so far I do not complain. Being able to create new things, a while ago I refused categorically to dedicate myself to research, I did not like it at all. However, lately I think it has many points in favor that little by little attract me more and more. Science advances day by day in all areas and at all scales, and I think that choosing an application of nanoscience is quite complicated. If I am sincere, I have informed myself a little about it since listening to microparticles makes me immediately think of a more biologist area and those who know me know that my interest in biology is null.
